We Did It!
Thanks to our generous supporters, we have accomplished the goal of raising $5 million for SafeSpace’s new permanent home! Community members, businesses and foundations rallied behind this campaign to improve and expand support for Columbia Gorge children and youth experiencing the trauma of abuse.
Thank you for your amazing support!

What’s Next For SafeSpace?
With fundraising complete for construction of the new building, we are focused now on raising
an additional $500,000 in 2024 to launch children’s wellness services in the new SafeSpace. Investments in the Children’s Wellness Initiative will support onsite pediatric mental health services on the top floor of the new SafeSpace.

Plans for the new SafeSpace Children’s Wellness Center respond to urgent regional need for
children’s mental health services. The new Children’s Wellness Center will specialize in mental health support for children and youth impacted by the trauma of abuse, as well as those needing treatment for depression, substance abuse, and ADHD.
